So someone took to sending me a comment, which suggests that my suffering is not equal to other people's suffering... Which I thought I'd explore under the terms of fair comment and in a none pissing contest sort of way.
My injury as a result of being nearly killed, is ongoing, I will end up blind and more than likely in a wheelchair... it's what happens something large and heavy falls 4m and hits you on the head. I have 2 ruptured discs C5-C7, nerve damage as a result of having 125Kg hit me square on the head. Fractured skull, fracted eye sockets, the muscles tha control my eye's are trapped in the fractured sockets, so my eye's a stuck and don't move fully. there was a brain bleed consistent with BFT (blunt force trauma), occipital nerve damage, cranial nerve damage, Vagus nerve damage. Tinitus as a result of having a brain injury, it broke my teeth off their roots. Facial Paralasys, Nerve damage running the length of left side of my body, specific injury to the Ulnar and Radial nerves. Complex regional pain syndrome as a result of being crushed. Vertigo, loss if vision in my left eye, Damage to long saphanous nerve damage to knees consistent with crush injury. Degenerative nerve damage, which is untreatable the medication for the injuries are anti depressants... which according to medical experts. Don't fix the problem and are supposed to make things better, but in reality can lead to depression, side effects and because of the injuries, being dragged through court, deserted by my Bank that's #Barclays incase anyone was unsure.... and having to learn be be a disabled person I have PTSD. Before the accident I was diagnosed with Dyslexia amongst other neurological issues...
This injuries came about because negiligence of others, I explained this to Barclays. I explained there would be a compensation claim. Barclays said they'd support me.... how terrible this was. The support came by way of closing my business accounts and to make sure I had all the help I could have. They then closed my personal accounts... We had no access to money, I was unable to convert consultancy and labour I supplied to clients which included Barclays... into money to buy things like food, electricity and pay bills... Paying people like solicitors.... or even pay Barclays Bank.... who with all the help they offered where kind enough to rack up around 100K of debt in my name.
The help I was given from Barclays really helped me not pay our solicitors and this resulted in not getting the 1 million pounds compensation I was told I get for the injuries I received.
I wasn't able to pay our private healtcare or insurance which meant I was unable to get help in recovery, diagnosis of injuries and treatment. When I finally was fully made aware of the injuries everyone just said... "You should just be dead, be grateful that your still here....!" However I'm faced with the simple fact Barclays broke it's contract with me and now would like to take my home away.... which is just the final straw, they refuse t answer my questions, they refuse to follow recommendation from the Ombudsman... they just think that saying nothing will make this go away....
The thing that was discovered while being supported briefly by a solicitor, and their team of accountants who pointed out. My Mortgage was either simply impossbile, based on statements supplied by Barclays. Or it was poor lending or it's fraud... This is what I again pointed out the Barclays.... Barclays chose to ignore me I took this complaint to the financial ombudsman. Who found in my favour, they recommended "Negotiations"
Barclays chooses to ignore this, which has been going since 2010. I've had to teach. myself to walk, talk and learn to live as a disabled person. All of which has had to without any support from Barclays. The same Barclays who claims to care for disabled people, claims to be fair, honest and transparent with their actions.....
My story isn't unique I've been contacted by several people all of whom have similar stories, However I'm the only person, who was nearly killed.... and then lied to, coerced, threatened, had someone try to break into our home. Had my wife terrorised to the point she had a breakdown....
All the while Barclays chooses silence about my questions, claiming that the paperwork does not exist and if it did exist I'm not entitled to have copies of it... The Information comissioners office has said I'm entitled to any and all information... Barclays chooses to ignore them.... and ignore me....
"Barclays a bank for all your needs...!" however great or small...."we're here to help!" My needs are simple I just want some answers....! Barclays needs are simple they want my house.... for which I've already paid for.... several times over...! but they claim that "might is right..!"
And I pointed out that this is a problem of their making.... they broke the contract they claim to have with me.... their actions are simple, it's a predatory first strike, taken against me and my family to steal our home or silence my complaints.... This is not the actions of a bank that is there for their clients.....!
However it appears if your an employee of Barclays they'll help you with all manner of special folks to make things happen for them... There's officers to help with Inclusion.... Let that sink in Barclays is all about Inclusion......! Yet if your a client and the injury is caused to you by Barclays, they have a whole OTHER department of people that want to get in your way to stop you getting an answer....
Before I was made disabled which lead me here... I've had other things happened which made me the way I am... in my time I've been shot at a couple of times, nearly died of hyperthermia in a snowstorm, parachuted into the ocean, was in the middle of a 10 car pile up on the motorway. Best of all got run over in three separate incidents, cartwheeling down the road like a ragdoll... and even destroying a mercedees 814 truck with my head..! Which leaves Barclays they 80,000 employees stuck, answer me or watch me do this all day. every day forever...!
