Look at my online statement for an account that's not existed since #Barclays closed it in 2010..... JUst let that sink in, we've now been arguing for nearly 14 years. I've requested information about the process how my account waas closed.... why it was closed and what happened to my money....

I've tried to create a new logon, and can't, I've asked is my money in the account tha I can't open...?

Nobody at #Barclays is able to answer me..... #Customecare expirience is ZERO.... #Barclays neither care or wish to answer for the simple reason it raises more questions.... So Now it's just silence.... cos if nobody speaks the problem will obviously just disappear.... However there's only one snag in that thought process.....

My life is slowly being destroyed by a company who chooses this course of action, ignores the Ombudsman recommendation.... of negotiation and thinks this is a prefectly acceptable way to progress....

We have now ended up ina (Frustrated Contracts) Act 1943 is an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom which establishes the rights and liabilities of parties involved in frustrated contracts. It amends previous common law rules on the complete or partial return of pre-payments, where a contract is deemed to be frustrated. It additionally introduces the concept that valuable benefits, other than financial benefits, may be returned upon frustration. It applies only to contracts governed by English law.
