I've been keeping an eye on the various locations I post to see what works best... Which throws up a couple of interesting things. Barclays claims to be really good at dealing with complaints..... mostly it sends people from the various socials to Twitter sorry X to enable the enquiry (sorry complaint) to be handled...
What really happens here is a waste of time, literally that. They don't answer the question and it's more than likely an AI bot that refers you to the website to then log the complaint...
So you've wasted a few weeks and they can time you out, sooner... better still it's an automated program so it's not cost them anything.
In my opinion this is a for of discrimination as not that many people are able to deal with the various interfaces needed to try and made some head way into a complaint.... While your wasting time barlcays will claim the origin of the complaint is now about the process not the actual issues... at Hand whats worse Twitter sorry X is infested with porn bots... that trip into the posts and cause more interference into what should be a simple....
"I had a complaint, this is the issue and I'd like someone to look at the matter and get back to me..!"

Last 24 hours shows the hit and source rate and Twitter really is a rubbish place... worse Barclays just ignores the complaint... so there's no point hitting them there...

The best way to bring your issues to a larger audience, is to go sideways... at the problem
The Art of War says battles are won in the temples before the battlefield.... this suggests Barclays policy is a war of attrition they want you give up... worse the people you get to speak with are only allowed to take a certain very contrained action.... So you won't get any result from them.... even if they are caught in a lie

If anyone thinks this is a abit far fetched have a look at the below

So the consensus would be that the web policy is designed to waste your time and get you made angry at the treatment your very likely to get...
