So here we are again, a promised reply, which suggests #Barclays are slowly learning that they do have to reply. However it's not what was promised, agreed and understood to be happening.
I was informed by #AdamCooke of #BarclaysUK that I would be getting a electronic version of my file. Which will be searchable in software instead I have the now infamous doorstop mk.5 containing some 1200 + pages. Instead of getting the information as requested itemised into a folder structure. Bearing in mind this will be on a Barclays system, electronically, will be searchable, and is doable should they care to do it. They say they won't yet they promised me they would... "This suggests that trusting a Banker, is not the best policy..!"
I had a call from #RichardWaskowycz of #Barclays and like so many of #BarclaysUK employees he appears to have a very limited public profile.
So firstly before we take the letter apart it's important that the #financialombudsman recommended negotiations, They found in my favour for the harassment from #Barclays, the poor service, the unexplained continous pressure, the threats, the attempt to break into my house by their agents, the coercion and trying to lure me into committing fraud.
However this letter makes no mention of it, it's the typical effort to shift away from the issues and make the arguement about something other than what it is. #Barclays and #CarlWackan should negotiate, to not act on a recommendation as it stands is acting in bad faith.
The interesting but while they refuse to give me the information in a way I've requested. They have finally agreed to show me all the information about how the mortgage submitted. Which is better than anything I've managed in the past it's only taken 10+ years to get to here....
So let's see what that brings about.... as contracts are formed in several parts and I maintain this is a breach of contract. Or does it seem normal that one side of the contract can put the otherside in a default position? It's insane if that is the actual arguement they claim it simple all contracts are toxic and therefore void. This is a perfect example of a #FrustratedContract
