As you may have found this blog or had it recommended by someone here's a quick catch up.
Before 2008 My life nothing unusual and nothing crazy, ever happened apart from being shot at a times, run over three separate times, falling 100m in the Ocean and nearly freezing to death
2009- I'm nearly killed at work, yup I know... it's awkward.... when you say it like that
2010- after getting over being nearly killed I inform #Barclays, what happened
2011- #Barclays and I are in discussions over my business accounts over draft which they want to reduce to 2K a month, I run a business that turns over 250-350K so really we should have had operrating capital of 50K at hand... that's another story
2011-2013 I'm in a massive fight for compensation the list of injuries look like the credits on a move... I'm told this is a degenerative injury and it will never heal...
2012-2013 #Barclays close all my accounts after deposit 25K.... and stop answering my enquiries.
2013- I try to get answers from #Barclays who claim I didn't have an account
2014 first subject acccess request get replied to by #Barclays a small bundle of paerarrives at my home none of which makes any sense and dones not reveal what is really going on
2014 #Barclays attempt to repossess my home , legal letters arrive and I explain the the solicitors they are trespassing on my compensation claim.... the letters stop
2016 #arclays send a person who claims to work for #Barclays he's sent to #negotiate, This happens while I'm not at home. This person terrorises my wife to the point she has a breakdown and now can't answer the door.
2016 this person returns and threatens me claiming he's sent to #negotiate on behalf of #Barclays
2017- my final dianosis I suffered a large Brain injury, am lucky to be alive and I have a long list of other injuries, it's confirmed no treatment is available
2017 I have to settle my compensation claim and our then solicitors who claim they are owed a substantial amount of money they try to take my home away and fail....
2018 My wife has another breakdown #MentalHealth
2020- the world stops for a while and nothing is answered
2021- we pick up the pieces an try to workout what really happened I discover I had a #PPI policy which should have kicked in and covered any financial issues during my and after the accident. It's with #Barclays.... who say they will look at it. but don't do anything #CustomerExperience
2022 I start a blog
2024 #Barclays finally confirms I had an account, which they denied and lied about since 2012. The reason it's closure was because I was 2K over my overdraft limit but had been speaking with #Barclays and the result was.... Which nobody told me about as I just deposited 25K so my account was in credit.... however the 25K appears to have disappeared
However #Barclays closed my account in their claim for recovery of 2K money owed to them but is it..?. They didn't produce a demand for the money they just closed my account.....
And claim the they're the #victim in this matter
In the time since the account closure they invent, crystalise 800K+ of debt in my name. Caused by their breach of contract and in a predatory first strike against me, me a client who had given the bank around 2.5-3.5 million pounds while being an account holder..... Money I had generated from the ether.... made real and deposited with them.... to claim I didn't have an account at all for nearly 10 years racking up even more debt.... heaping debt upon debt against the FCA regulations but this does not bother #Barclays
They've tried to break me in disfferent ways obstructed and still obstruct my questions and subject access requests, avoid the facts they caused this breach of contract and now expect me to pay them or surrender everything I have worked for.....
