Nearly friday and the customer user expirience vote is in

It's a shower of incompetence, laced with lies and what aboutism... You ask a simple question why did you just close my account without warning... The first answer back in 2010 was "to protect the share holders" back in 2010 they claimed I was a risk to the hare holders... how..? I'd paid every charge, I was within the overdraft... we still turned over the same amount... if anythingI was a safe bet, cos I paid for the services I contracted to.


Now we move forward a few years, I'm unable to pay anyone as I don't have a bank account anymore, cos a certain bank yup #Barclays took all my accounts away... directly because of these actions I was unable to pay anyone... and this is a benefit to share holders...?


The we started with all the legal #bullshit that the #BarclaysCustomerTeam claimed was a benefit to me...? How...? Being hound for money I didn't have because #Barclays had destroyed my accounts was deemed a benefit...? IN what parallel universe does this work...


It's simple #Barclays spouts #Bullshit to justify it's action refuses to answers my questions and we've been stuck in a frustrated contract because, yup you've guess it... #Barclays started it... and now does not fancy how it's going so just refuses to negotiate as per the recommendation of the #Ombudsman who incidentally found in my favour


So id Barclays a good bank to get services from..? Oh My God no...... would I recommend them in a #GoogleReview...? hell no...


Barclays now feel they are the victim of me telling folks how it is.....! well perhaps if they got to confernce table and actually did as was recommended to them then we could find a way to leave each other alone.
