"He's on line again..... We're tracking him!" says #BarclaysUK


The numbers now are astounding... over 300 confirmed #Barclays employees have intereacted with this. However not one call from #customercare nothing from the SLT (senior leadership team) to answer my #FOI requests.


It says so much more about the service and what #Barclays claims are fair and honest ways of dealing with a customer complaint... #BigPictureBanking is all about what the bank can and will do... it's nothing to do with #ConsumerRights #Honesty or being #Fair.


Letting #Barclays into your life is no different than leaving your money on a street corner... After 13 years, one thing is certain...


By way of explaining and to be transparent


#Barclays, #Lied to me telling us, that we had no choice when being told to sign a contract that was effectively letting them off the hook and in the process I would have comitted #Fraud


#Barclays attempted to #Cheat me as they left the contract, and now want the benefit of the contract they have abandoned. So at we're in a frustrated contract, which cna only be resolved with negotiation


#Barclays #Lied claiming that the #Ombudsman found in their their favour, then why did they have to pay me compensation...?


Finally they still have my money, after #DeBanking me they kept my money, that's simple #theft or conversion a slightly different mechanism to commit #theft by changing my money into something else. However the fact remains it's still my money... and it's irrespective what they claim... that I need to pay them compensation for late fees generated after they #debanked me


#Barclays #DeBanked me, removing my access to a bank account. Which then resulted in the simple I can't pay anyone before they destroyed the mechanism and contract inplace.


The argument they offer, puts the cart before the horse. Making it my fault when I had no input into what they did, before I was aware of what they had done.... #BlameTheVictim isn't the correct way....
