
So, it's been a week and I did get my call from Barclays, to let me know that in simple terms. They don't want to negotiate amd if I wanted to I should take my complaint back to The #FinancialOmbudsman or The #FinancialConductAuthority or The #InformationCommissionersOffice
So I explained the probelms with this approach being as follows
1. The #FinancialOmbudsman found in my favour, #Barclays was ordered to pay me compensation for their actions. Actions which included Bullying, Threats, Coercion, Lying etc. The #FinancialOmbudsman recommended that both entrenched parties should negotiate. So I made an offer to #Barclays to settle this matter... #Barclays counter claim was a recommendation was not an order. So they could ignore it... Which suggests #Barclays are choosing to not take a position action to seek closure.
2. I again requested the information to once and for all prove to me how we got to here.... and how all this mess started. #Barclays claims they have sent me an electronic verison of the file which is word searchable and would make it so much simpler to workout what really happened. There's only one problem, I can't access the file if it exists. For one simple reason #Barclays chose to close all my accounts back in 2010. Which was the root cause of me not being able to pay anyone including #BarclaysUK which is why we ended up in a #MortgageCrisis
3. The paper file sent some days before the notifcation of the electronic version, contains no data, NO information, it contains NOTHING.... so this waste of time is just that #Barclays chooses to claim it is all the need to do to comply with the #Ombudsman the #InformationCommissionerOffice all of whom can tell #Barclays to send the information, but they can't force #Barclays to do anything.... Which seems a small problem to me the victim of #Barclays.
So here we are who's been looking at this page well loads of folks even people from "yup....!" #Barclays.... Brilliant... but they don't do anything, this has to be the best job in the world for them, head of customer engagement... doesn't engage... #MoneyForNothing
What else can I do...? I've just sent another email to #CSVenkatakrishnan #ChiefExecutiveOfficerOfBarclays cos it's his name above the door... and his staff must have someone like him to answer to. They don't wanna talk to me a #barclaysclient Let Sadly I really doubt this will do anything cos as far as I can workout Silence is a Weapon, used by #Barclays
#Barclays chooses this course of action, it's not in their interest to help me... especially if the information shows them to be in the wrong.... This is very much a #Kafkaesque nightmare, which any sensible person would end. With simple #negotiations to find a solution, or not.....
