Seems I'm not the only one... and the whole #Bullshit with passcodes seems a well trested method of delaying a reply.

If something happens once it could be an accident, if it happens more often and involves more than 2 two people it's usually called a #conspiracy Barclays engage in acts that appear to fall into a pattern of Lying, Cheating and Evasion of facts... Customer care... honesty, social and corporate responsibility are left at the door....

I've been at work so didn't have the time to update this, so the complaint was raised on Monday 3rd March 2024 within hours I had a reference number and within one and a half days the investigation is concluded with a letter that's now winging it's way to me.
The senior leadership are something else. Lets see what the reply is bearing in mind they could have sent me an email...
so the letter arrived today 10/03/2024 basically it's what I expected bearing in mind I have been asking for the passcode for about a year.... and the way it's written is also very interesting. in pink if they not made a mistake or mention that they are sorry and here is the fix then it's #deliberate.... So it was a deliberate act on #Barclays behalf. As it says more than a simple apology and now I'm going to request the email again which I've not had either....
Would you trust a bank that can't trace an email...? #customerfail #customerexpirience

sent them a reply and go another reply within an 1 hour or so think I called them liars again... cos if they've not made an error it's deliberate...!
