It's a breach of Contract

Carl Wackan

Barclays still seems to be unable to grasp, what they've done. So here's the simple version for the hard of Banking.

Barclays and I entered into a contract, the material terms are simple enough. I had to prove certain things and upon proving that #barclaysbank gave me the money. For my part I had to pay them and for their part they would leave me alone.... till such time that the money they wanted returned/ was repaid or the contract was deemed settled by other means.

Now it would be fair to say that Anyone including #barclays would upon entering into such a deal. Would make themselves aware of the other people with whom they're in a contract with? It would also be reasonable to assume that if your lending someone a reasonable sum of money you'd do all you can to ensure, the borrower is able to repay the debt or contracted sum.

Here is where it all gets bent out of shape, #Barclays then actively turned against me, when I explained what had happened. In effect #Barclays chose to adversely change the contract, which has put me in a direct collision course with them.....! Since then we've had nothing but lies, upon lies...! each trying to cover up they chose this course and everytime we asked for evidence they'd come up with.... I'm not allowed to see this, that isn't what happened....! but it is....

The Key words "they chose this course, of action..!" I've been doing my very best to bring them back from this process into negotiations. However they choose not to want to do that. The #financialombudsman recommended we should negotiate. #Barclays however seems to think they can interpret this as they are given a choice in this matter....

So here we are Barclays has chosen to break a contracted entered into in good faith... and now seek to penalise me for their actions. Which raises the simple question is that fair..? #BBCWatchdog
