With an interest rise, more and more families are going to be be pushed into impossible positions with their respective lenders.

Banks don't care, they win either way. The borrower has done all the hardwork, the bank in a trumpian way imagined the money from thin air, and out of thin air it appeared the borrow has to do the hard bit earn, find process contracts and return it to the bank over 25 or so years....

But what happens when the lender closes your account..? making it impossble to return the money, even if you could and hadn it.... Therefore it should be illegal for a lender to act in this manner. As it's simply a breach of contract at that point, and forces the borrow into an impossble position.

Barclays in my case knew exactly what they did, they now won't give me access to the paperwork as it could harm their position, instead they've told me to get a solicitor... what an absolute nonsense, they are claiming to be the vicitm in our dispute....

In effect they've given me a hiding/ beating and are complaining that they hurt their hands with which they've hurt me... there's about 80,000- 100,000 employees and all of them are effectively enabling this, mark my words I'm not the only one and by Christmas the bigger picture will become very apparent #predatorymortgagecrisis will be with us all by Christmas 2022... and the echoes and effects of the banks will be felt long after this...
