Interesting new take on the same old problem

Carl Wackan

I've been talking with the Ombudsman about the revealtion that #Barclays Lied, hid informaton from me which is about me,that brings into question the Ombudsman own findings based on the #Barclays lies. All of which needs a full review, however the Ombudsman said "It's such a long time ago and we've ruled on this!"

A ruling which #barclays ignored....

The Ombudsman did struggle for a while until I used the simple example was #apartheid ok then..?

It was a longtime ago, and didn't really harm anyone so Apartheid must have been ok..? Unless it's discrimination...? What about #slavery I suppose that must have been ok...? Afterall it didn't #discriminate against anyone did it...?

#Barclays closed my accounts, in a predatory manner without any explanation, then lied claiming I didn't have an account... and this has been going on since 2010. The ombudsman partially found in my favour and #Barclays had to pay me compensation of £600 which I had to give back to #barclays to make a dent in the nearly 300K worth debt created in my name.... Which then opened th door way to request negotiations as per the recommendation of the Ombudsman

A request that #Barclays choose to ignore, claiming that a recommendation to negotiate isn't an instruction to negotiate....

So I guess the CEO will be getting another complaint from me.... which must be ok afterall we've been in a dispute for 14 years... and that's a very longtime so I must be rightusing their own way of thinking...?
