I love the new slogan #BigPictureBanking


I even love the idea that #Barbie somehow is a #BarclaysCustomer, is interesting... The efforts of the marketing team go to reach out is astounding.... If they only spent that much time listening to clients.... trying to reslove complaints and taking the #BigPictureBanking view... think of everything that could be done..... things would be so much simpler, quicker and better for everyone...


There's still no answer from #Barclays, just silence I've renewed my offer to settle and an answer would make sense, But that's not how #LifeAtBarclays works and more importantly that's not how negotiations work with #Barclays around here... cos if it did and it should wee believe the hype.... that's thown around about #Inclusion, #Equity, #Diversity, #customercare and everything that's claimed to be the ethos of #BarclaysBank then surely after a while there would be a resolution but instead. #Barclays claims that "might is right" when the #Ombudsman clearly suggested they where wrong and that the best way to settle this now frustrated contract issue... would be negotiate.... but what does the #Ombudsman and #FCA know..?
