HAHAHAHAHA seems someone's pants got all bunched up

Carl Wackan

So it seems, being invited online to discuss the problem, is a problem. I was invited about a year or so ago by #Barclays initially to twitter... as they claimed their #BarlcaysUKHelp team was more active on Social Media and this would be a quicker way for them to make contact.

So I joined Twitter with no other reason than to engage with #Barclays and talk about #ConstomerExpirience of having a bank turn against you. Sofar I've not had a reply and then I considered my options and extended this to Linkedin a website that claims to bring communities together... #CustomerServiceFail 101 allow people who are disappointed access to they people who've disappointed them... So I dropped the CEO a few messages and now someone's got their knickers all bunched up.... and the Blocked me from using LinkedIn... I suspect the revenue from Barclays advertisers versus me telling folks how it really is....

Proved a challenge... Also the post from Andrew Collins in the thead was also pretty scathing about their services.... as where all the others that joined in....
