
When the reality is simple, Telling folks how great everything is, is a common management trait. To deflect any external criticism or shield the staff from bad news that's yet to common. Anyway I've still not had an answer to any of my questions.... sent some 4weeks ago, #Barclays staff are so great they it would appear don't need to answer subject access requests... So they'll be getting a follow up letter shortly....! #SubjectAccess #FOI request

What I find more amusing is when there's an intervention from bystanders, well intentioned I'm sure, probably on the basis that they bank with #Barclays and so they feel it right to join in..... and stand up for their bank... Afterall they've not had a problem.... In reality would their bank stand up for them....? #LifeAtBarclays #ItsHappeningHere #BigPictureBanking #financialservices

Sadly when I then step up and add some meat to the bones they can't respond.... If #Barclays can do this and has done this to me, then any customer can be next... I'm only standing up to them cos someone has to...! #CustomerService would appear to be lacking from this #Bank #Ombudsman #FCA
