Barclays the user expirience sucks arse

I'm not a marketing person, I'm just a user... I put my debit card in machine and get money out. I don't care for the secret magic that's happening behind the glass... and how they know it's me or how the transactions are sorted.... "all I want is access to my money...!" it's not too much to ask is it..?
Here we are on the 19th Feb 2009 I'm nearly killed, within 6 months I've had to relearn skills I've used all my life... then comes my moment of honesty with #barclays I tell them what happened I explain there will be a claim for compensation and the first thing they do is switch off all my accounts....
Let's just think about that moment.......... I put debit my card in machine and nothing comes out, I know there's money in there.... but they choose not to give it to me....! WTF...
I've nearly been killed and at that point the Bank yes #Barclays imposes a death sentence on me.... how in the modern world are you meant to function without a bank account #DeBanked
After 10+ years of asking there's still no answer, the Ombudsman found in my favour and nothing.... #Barclays ignores everyone including me... they have my money and chose to do this... When does this become theft...?
