Barclays call from Friday 19/04/2024

I'm still trying to get answers it's been 15 years of dispute and the Barlcays phone system is a joke, and then when you do talk to someone, they can't or won't grasp that what you can see isn't what they can see...


Dispute resolutions normally starts with putting yourself in the shoes of the person that has a problem, then try to find where it went wrong and find a fix that gets everyone out of the dispute....


However this is not the #Barclays way....
