In recent days I've had a long letter from some firm of solicitors claiming to represent #BarclaysBank in the letter is claimed to have all the information required for due process to take place.. Apart from the usual mistake they hadn't included the actual files they claim to have..., This in simple terms means the letter is incomplete and can't be used in legal terms, to do so would be an abuse of process. Which makes this letter a simple letter to harass me.
The Solicitors where totally amazed when I outlined my version of events, they couldn't really give me any more information and I pointed the back at Their clients for further instructions. I also pointed out that I would be taking an action against them for harassment is this continued, while I had no issue with them acting as mediator as per the Ombudsmans recommendation to negotiate. I would not be a party to this nonesense.
Which meant today I had yet another welfare call from the Police... I pointed out this that was nothing short of harassment by @barclays and that I would need to make a complaint about them. Afterall the Ombudsman had found in my favour previously about being harassed by #barclays and all they've managed to do it up the game to new levels of harassment. I pointed out that it all seems to not add up in their favour... the police did the decent thing and swam straight back to the shallow end... not wishing to get involved what would just be bad press for them...
So we're 9 days into 2023, we've had a compliment of threats, harassment and lies (because the letters they sent as incomplete and so can't be used at court as they don't comply with the process.) We've not had any answers to the questions relating to the mortgage, the closure of the accounts which led to the arrears and how this was pushed under the carpet by #Barclays.
So the clown show continues, we're now back with the ombudsman to look at the new complaint of harassment...
