Another week comes and goes

Carl Wackan

So the clown show carries on, for another week... I've sent another complaint to Barclays pointing out that not answering, now supplying the passcode to the USB key which according to them is a very normal phone coversation with clients... and sending the digital copy of the information I've been requesting for over 10 years... to am email that attached to the bank account I can no longer access is just a time wasting exercise... by them...

I had. a 2 hours session with a solicitor paid for by a friend and this was all very illuminating, he looked at the files and just said well they are obviously hiding something... why go to all this when all they need to shut you up is send the files that prove they are right... "Have they sent anything like that..?" he asked and when I replied "Nope!"

"Then carry one, cos one thing is for certain you'll get under their skin at some point...!"

He was genuinely astounded when I made it clear they still had my money... and then he laughed and Mentioned #NigelFarage and how I was now in the inner circle of wrong doers... to which I replied I must be the original villain in this piece as I have effectively been #DeBanked when being #DeBanked wasn't event a known thing....

#BarclaysCustomer care is so far out of touch with what they're doing, he recommended to buy a share and to attend the share holder meeting...

So I guess it's another letter to the CEO point out he's got a duty of care, and failure to produce the information will get them another complainted listed with the #FCA and the #Ombudsman office
