I still can't access the materials, I've requested, I still can't get an answer, They still won't accept the #recommendation from the #Ombudsman and today "they" as in #barclays take yet another massive shit on my credit score so now I can't buy a packet of crisps on finance. This is in direct violation to the FCA paper, it's a form of collective punishment on my whole family....

#Barclays however does not think the #FCA rules and conduct apply to it.... they'd rather hurt people than #negotiate a way out of the mess they caused...
guess it time for another complaint and at some point someone will have to sit up and take notice
