Having started to read the content of the mystery box, which as a plot is very dry.... I've come to the simple conclusion so far this is a just a can of worms. I've been handed to keep me busy....
Here's why, if I'm stuck trying to make sense of this. I'm not asking the awkward questions. Which are
Why are we even arguing about this...? this isn't the issue the problem is I\ve been lied to, coerced, bullied, threatened had people attempt to break into my house all on the say so of #barclaysuk #BarclaysBank seems to think they can just make it up as they go along. With everyone having to fall into step with them. Contract law suggests that contracts are entered into for mutual benefit, changing the terms of the contract without a review and discussion is unfair and creates a biased condition. Leading to what is a breach of contract, rendering the contract void or creating a frustrated contract which is also void.
The questions remains how did we get here? #Barclays is trying to drive the narrative to something else... for whatever reason but I can be sure it's not for my benefit
The amount of resistence I've had suggests I have a point, while #Barclays is treading water, hoping that I'll run out of stream or the desire for a scrap.
#Barclays fails to realise, after they started on me, the scrap and desire for justice is all I have left.
#Jesstaley the former #CEOBarclays had a long letter from me explaining it all and layout the grievance. The reply I got was amazing, it basically said they'd supplied it all there was no more and they would not negotiate and to their mind #Barclays had not done anything wrong. They would not comment and that was that.... well the box in the above picture contains different information from the original supplied info... So what else are they not letting me see..? I guess we'll have to have a look and get into the finer details with them again.
I've also been told they have not provided these files electronically but they're not available for me to see.... go figure on that, I now have to ask them to reinstate my account they closed so I can see stuff they've with held from me for over 10 years....
