This will be an ongoing experiment to see how long it takes for #Barclays to get back to me! I posted this to their #Twitter / #X account it's their preferred method of being contacted. However since trying this I've waited an average of 6 months to get a reply... Which raises the question is that normal for #CustomerService...? The last time I looked 24/7 #CustomerService suggests 24hours a day 7 days a week regardless of timezone, geography etc. So how come it takes so long...? #CustomerExperience #BarclaysUKHelp #BarclaysBank #Ombudsman #Complaint

about 4 hours to get a reply.... So @BarclaysUS #AskBarclaysUS replied to the @barclaysUK #AskBarclaysUK post, claiming that the whole of @Barclays #Barclays are affected by some sort of #TechnicalIssue...? That sounds really bad I wonder what the @BBC #BBCnews would make of this cos it should be on the mains stream news or something.?
