14 minutes for 14 years.......

So that was that, I've had my call from #BarclaysUK... it's what it is, they do not accept that by not sending me the requested information, they are either supporting fraud, or have infact committed #fraud... Barclays claims that they infact did not close my account, further that the electronic information which is the same as the hard copy sent over... contains the answer... firstly I can't open the electronic file as I don't have an account with #Barclays I can't access it via our joint mortgage account.... So that makes the electronic version about as much use as a chocolate frying pan.... #Barclays claims that by sending it they have complied with GDPR, met the requirements set out by the #FinacialOmbudsman and so don't need to provide anything else.


14 years to get to here, it's been a amazing expirence and I should thank all that ahve a part in this... #JesStaley who became a #Barclays big wig after my courtcase for compensation was well under way.... he never replied to anyting.... I sent to him... probably too busy emailling #JeffEpstein... for investment tips.... #BarclaysHelp have proven less than helpful... and the process to get answer has been more groping in the dark.... they might as well be employing donkeys as you've get more sense from one.


What next... well again with all these things they are never real till you get a letter to tell what they claim is customer care... so I'll scan that and will answer it with another emails to the current CEO Coimbatore Sundararajan Venkatakrishnan aka #Venkat
